Ordering Information

In stock items will be shipped within 48 hours via US Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 day delivery, with delivery confirmation and tracking). If an item is not in stock, you will be notified via email of the approximate shipping date. You can always call us to determine if an item is in stock at (208) 676-0818.

How To Exchange or Return an Item:
We are happy to exchange any item that is returned to us in new condition. Simply call us at (208) 676-0818 or email markmary@theleatherworks.net to obtain return authorization. Please include your shipping information, contact phone number, the reason for return, and what you would like in exchange.

Refunds, for the purchase price of the item less shipping charges, are available within 15 days of the date the item was shipped. (This date can be found on the shipping label of your package.) After this 15 day period we will gladly accept returns for exchange with no time restrictions.
